Refunds will be issued exclusively to the bank account of the credit cardholder who made the    purchase, and the refund amount will be deducted by any delivery fees incurred.

TMRC does not provide any assurance regarding the timeliness of refunds. The approval and processing of refunds are subject to the internal guidelines of the respective banks and/or payment providers. All refunds are contingent upon TMRC's acceptance of a valid item return.

Returns and refunds for products based on a change of mind are not permitted. Only products that are found to be defective are eligible for return or refund. If you believe the product to be defective, please contact us through the contact numbers beloW, and a Customer Service Representative will promptly reach out to you for further investigation and to provide instructions on the matter.

For online transactions made on the website, TMRC accepts deliveries within Metro Manila, and selected areas outside Metro Manila. Customers can check the available areas during the check-out process.

TMRC or its affiliates will be responsible for the delivery process. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the check-out process.

The estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 3 - 5 working days starting from the date of order confirmation. For coverage areas outside Metro Manila, the delivery lead time may extend up to 7 working days.

TMRC assumes no responsibility for the non-delivery of products caused by incomplete or inaccurate contact information and/or delivery details.

In the event of an unsuccessful first delivery attempt due to the aforementioned circumstances, TMRC retains the right to impose additional delivery charges. TMRC will await the customer's instructions before proceeding with a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the transaction will be terminated, resulting in the forfeiture of delivery fees and any other payments made.
